Our goal

From Chennai to the Gulf.

A phased long-term roadmap to grow a trusted logistics network, city by city and market by market.

Roadmap, not a guarantee: the timeline below is an ambition for planning. Actual expansion depends on funding, demand, fleet supply, service quality, technology, local partnerships and regulatory approvals.
YEAR 1

Chennai launch

Build the operating base, onboard customers and vehicle partners, validate booking workflows and improve service consistency.

YEAR 2

Major Tamil Nadu cities

Expand into selected high-demand cities, strengthen local operations and build repeat business accounts.

YEAR 3

Across Tamil Nadu

Work toward wider statewide coverage, a larger vehicle network and business-to-business logistics services.

YEAR 4

South India

Evaluate Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kochi, Mysuru, Vijayawada and Puducherry based on demand and partner readiness.

YEAR 5

South India scale-up

Standardize operations, strengthen technology, build regional partnerships and prepare a repeatable expansion model.

YEARS 6–7

Pan-India expansion

Enter selected additional Indian markets in phases, subject to unit economics, fleet capacity and operational controls.

YEAR 8+

Gulf market entry

Assess UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain through local partners, legal review and market feasibility.

Milestones before each expansion

Grow sustainably, not just quickly.

  • Repeat customers and demonstrated local demand.
  • Reliable vehicle partner coverage and service standards.
  • Clear pricing, support process and complaint handling.
  • Financial runway and positive market-level economics.
  • Legal, tax, insurance and transport compliance in each market.

Expansion sequence

Chennai → Tamil Nadu → South India → Pan-India → Gulf countries

Targets and dates should be reviewed yearly based on actual progress. International operations require country-specific feasibility checks and approvals.
